WAFF is a bi-annual residency and exchange program founded by Daniel Hüttler and Iris Fabre that invites 8 artists to a rural location each edition.
Participants prepare a full-day workshop or activity for the group, fostering decentralized art communities since 2019 in European rural areas.
Local hosts provide accommodation and cultural insights, promoting simple, low-threshold artistic exchanges across countries. The residency offers artists a chance to work creatively in a rural setting, encouraging inclusive, performative art production in a collaborative workshop environment.
